The Trutnov Social Center for Culture and Leisure is one of the most modern cultural spaces in the Czech Republic. Since September 2010, when it was officially opened, classical and alternative theater performances, concerts of a wide range of genres, balls, congresses and other cultural and social events have been held here.Competition results

The UFFO space is ideal for organizing concerts, theater performances, exhibitions, carnivals, congresses, lectures, PR events, parties, corporate events and more. Thanks to its multifunctionality, the main hall of the UFFO can be arranged in five basic hall layout variants - theatre, concert, arena, ball, congress.How can UFFO premises be modified?
IN 2011, WE WON THE TOP INVEST CZECH REPUBLIC AWARD
In the TOP INVEST competition, submitted proposals from among investors, users, implementers and architects were evaluated. 12 buildings applied for the 2011 edition, six buildings were shortlisted, four of which received the title of Best Investment of 2011 and two Honorable Mentions of the TOP INVEST 2011 competition.They wrote about us
THE NEW FACE OF CZECH CULTURE
The Trutnov Community Center for Culture and Leisure (SCT) is a contribution organization of the city of Trutnov that operates the Uffo community center, the National House, the Vesmír cinema.
Our main mission is to enrich the lives of Trutnov residents and represent the city of Trutnov within the Czech Republic and abroad. In addition to the Vesmír cinema and the National House, we have the unique multifunctional cultural space Uffo, thanks to which we can provide the Trutnov audience (and far from only them) with a wide range of cultural events and events with an emphasis on originality, quality, surprise and experience.
As an organizer, we provide events organized during important state, city or social celebrations or during programs with partner cities.
These include, in particular, organizing:
- theater performances (individual and within subscription groups)
- concerts of all musical genres
- site specific projects "made to measure" of the Uffo space
- art and interactive exhibitions
- workshops
- theater, music and dance festivals
- theater performances for children
- performances and programs for schools
- traditional cyclical events for children (e.g. Family UFFO pieces, carnivals and children's balls, Witches, Drakiáda, Santa Claus, fun competition shows)
- literary evenings
- film performances (even in an unusual form)
- entertainment programs
- lectures, talks...
- ... and other events
As an organizer, we provide events organized during important state, city or social celebrations or during programs with partner cities.
Under very favorable conditions, we provide spaces for non-profit organizations, civic associations, associations, amateur ensembles and other similar entities.

Lease space
As part of our business activity, we offer spaces in all managed buildings for short-term commercial leases (for long-term leases - restaurants, offices... - you can also contact us, tenders are provided by the organizer - the city of Trutnov), mainly for organizing:- congresses (the Uffo center has state-of-the-art sound, lighting and congress technology)
- corporate (employee or partnership) events
- PR events
- presentations (for example, new cars coming to the market)
- other actions according to the client's wishes
